GIONEE MAX WILL SOON GO ON SALE IN INDIA

Gionee Max has finally arrived in India. With its Spreadtrum’s SC9863A SOC and 2GB RAM this entry level smartphone was much awaited since its teaser.

It has an internal storage of 32GB, but also comes with a dedicated micro SD card providing further expansion of storage that may go up to 256GB.

The phone has a dual camera set up in the back, where the primary camera is of 13 megapixel supported by a Bokeh camera whose resolution is still unknown.

In the front you will get a 6.1 inch HD+ display along with a punch hole camera of 5 megapixel.

If you like no password unlocking, but want your phone to be safe and secured then the phone has face unlocking for you. But disappointingly, it lacks finger-print scanner.

But the highlight of the phone is its 5000mAh battery, which is something that even a lot of premium and mid-range phones do not have. Moreover, it also supports reverse charging, meaning you can use the Gionee Max to charge other devices.

The Gionee Max comes in three colors – Black, Red, and Royal Blue. It’s priced at INR5,999 ($80/€70) and will go on sale in India from August 31 through Flipkart.
