Adrenaline Boost is a new feature. You’ll find a bar under player’s stamina meter, that is the Adrenaline Boost. When using explosive sprints, the movements and sprints of the player will increase faster and faster as well. Each player is able to use three boosts, therefore it will be very important for you to know when to use them.
Shooting Attributes
NBA 2K23 has added the new Shooting Attributes as well. This includes Shot Speed (how quickly a shot has reached the target point), Release Height (when a shot is released), Defensive Immunity (how hard a shot has in combat against defenders) and Timing Impact (where shot windows are adjusted for poorly timed shots, giving more rewards and higher fines for good timing). Each signature jump is unique in shooting stats, which adds more action to shooting situations.
Get to New York City using a newly used gauge.
The shot meter that was introduced last year got mixed feedbacks. NBA 2K23 offers five Shot Meters with 15 more unlockable for postseason games. Let us see what all will you get in that. Each meter will have a final shape, a perfect release point, followed by a gap of 2K172K20 in the second half. Shot arcs will also be available to indicate when a player’s time is too early, too late or on point. There will also be a Shot Feedback which would enable the players to record time/coverage overlay. This would encourage players to keep possession for a longer time.
Improvements in AI
This year, the AI of the game has also been promised to be an improved version than its predecessors. From a better understanding of defenders position to a mix-up of drive attempts. The new signature Attack System AI offers every star four signature attack combinations. And that is not it, AI coaches are also smarter, which allow you tracking efficiency across different metrics, doing a match-up evaluation and more. Substitution and rotating non performing players is also possible.
Offensive and Defensive Improvements.
Overall, there are plenty of options for offensive and defensive plays, whether it’s its new quick scoop layups for slashers and contact layups for the bigger players or the new defensive shading mechanic that provides an indicator for guarding. Quickly predicting which area the ball handler attacks gives an open-air view, so that they can cut their off or cause a tail. MyTeam
MyTeam returns to NBA 2K23 with an expanded set of customization tools for the ideal team. From here on, people can recruit anywhere and add legends to the roster, among which Devin Booker, of course.

Current players can also use a new Badge system. Every attribute category has 16 Badges now with 1 containing 8 and 2 – 3 – 4 each.
